In accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular the General Regulation, in order to ensure proper protection of personal data, the data subject must first of all be provided with information regarding the processing of his or her personal data specified in Art. 13 or 14 of the GDPR - depending on whether they were obtained directly from the data subject or from other sources. In the light of the above, we would like to inform you that:

In connection with the processing of contracts concluded by Sopocka Odessa, or in the implementation of the services provided, your data is processed not on the basis of consent, but due to the need to perform the concluded contract or fulfill the obligation arising from the law (e.g. tax regulations).

4. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for the period necessary to implement the legally justified interests of Sopocka Odessa, referred to in point. 3 above.

Your personal data was obtained from publicly available sources, i.e., among others: from the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS), the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity (CEIDG), the Central Statistical Office (GUS) and manually in connection with providing data during ongoing cooperation.

7. The Administrator makes every effort to provide all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations .
